What if I need more hours some months?
No problem! If you need more hours in a particular month, you can either use hours from future months or easily bolt on extra hours as needed. We're here to ensure your store always gets the attention it needs, when it needs it.
Do you work on one-off projects as well as monthly retainers?
Yes, we absolutely take on one-off projects in addition to our monthly retainers. Whether it’s a specific update, feature, or redesign, we can discuss the details and pricing based on your needs. Just let us know what you're looking for, and we’ll tailor a solution that works for you.
Can I do a site build within a growth retainer?

However, please note that it may take a bit longer than our build packages since the retainers tend to offer less hours, but we can discuss the timeline and details to ensure it fits your needs.
Can I pause or cancel my retainer at any time?
Yes, you can pause your retainer at any time. We just ask for 30 days' notice if you're cancelling just to ensure a smooth transition and to properly manage any ongoing work. This gives us time to wrap up any active tasks and plan accordingly.
